Comment: (old and rare) ex Mullane Coll. Mangan-diaspore is the manganese-rich variety of diaspore and is rare worldwide. This showy old-timer is essentially solid mangan-diaspore in the form of highly lustrous, glassy, rose-red lathes. The lathes reach 2.8 cm on this excellent and very rich piece. Ex Mullane Collection and comes with a 1960s-70s era Burminco label. Very seldom on the market from this South African locale.
