Comment: Size:10.35 ct Size Description:16.61 mm x 12.61 mm A few years ago, there was a discovery in Argentina of some of the best banded Malachite found that rivals the most attractive Malachite from the Congo. This "Oval Cabochon" cut stone has a great "zebra" like pattern with alternating mint-green and forest-green bands of color througout. The color is very consistent and attractive, and this is a great locality stone as there is so much Malachite on the market from the Congo.

Minerals: Malachite (Cu2(CO3)(OH)2)
