Comment: Emerald is classified as a type-3 gemstone which means that inclusions in the stones are acceptable in the trade for collectors and dealers. Often the stones from Bahia, Brazil can be very good sized, but the quality is rarely world-class. This stone has a beautiful emerald-green color, but is for all intents and purposes, translucent. Keep in mind that Emeralds cannot be held to the same clarity standard that most stones are held to. It has a traditional "Oval" cut.

Minerals: Emerald - green
